It offers comprehensive learning, global networking, and hands-on project opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in CDRFI.

The programme is open to early-career professionals ideally under 35 years old or with five years or less of work experience. Candidates should have a strong interest in creating change and making an impact in CDRFI.

No prior experience in CDRFI is required. The programme is designed to be accessible to individuals looking to add CDRFI knowledge and expertise to their skillset.

The programme requires an average commitment of 1-2 hours per week. The duration and specific timeline may vary based on the learning modules, group driven projects and programme requirements.

All sessions and coursework in the CLIMER Programme are conducted online, allowing participants to engage from anywhere in the world. We are also exploring opportunities for face-to-face engagements, such as workshops or networking events, for some or all participants as the programme progresses. More details will be provided as these opportunities are confirmed.

The programme fee is €1,800 for all participants. For those who may need financial assistance, ensuring accessibility for everyone, we offer scholarships. Please note that these terms may change in future rounds of the programme.

The CLIMER Programme is designed to be an intimate and highly interactive experience, with a maximum of 20 participants per round. This smaller group size ensures personalized attention, meaningful interactions, and strong networking opportunities among participants and mentors.

Currently, the CLIMER Programme is in its pilot phase and is not yet CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certified. However, we are actively exploring certification options and hope to offer CPD certification in the future. Stay tuned for updates as the programme evolves.
