Climer is most effective when participants engage fully, with cameras on and voices contributing to the discussion. I understand this expectation and commit to active participation by keeping my camera on and taking part in session discussions.

As Climer brings together participants from across the globe, live sessions may occasionally take place at less convenient times. Participants are expected to attend as many live sessions as possible and to review recordings when live attendance is not feasible. To be eligible for the certificate, an overall attendance rate of 90% is required, achieved either through live participation or by viewing the recordings.

The anticipated workload is approximately 1–2 hours per week, consisting of sessions and group work.

I understand that the Climer Programme is designed for young professionals who have already commenced their careers, and not for students, with the exception of PhD candidates from the academic sector.
